Looking after an ozone generator
Simple habits that keep output steady and the generator running for years.

Keep the feed gas clean and dry
Most problems start with the feed gas. Check intake filters regularly and replace them on schedule, and keep the generator in a dry, ventilated place.
Clean on schedule
Several Servo Ozone series are designed for cleaning only once a year, and some have a single service door. On the Skid System, air filters change from the side. Follow the schedule in your manual.
Watch the signs
Call for service if you notice:
- Lower treatment results than usual
- Unusual noise from the compressor
- Alarms or error messages on the controller
- Moisture in the gas lines
Check the whole system
Non-return valves, tubing, injectors and destructors wear too. A yearly check of the whole system keeps ozone where it should be: in the water, not in the room.
Service and spares
We service ozone systems and generators, and supply electrodes, PCBs, filters and other spares.
