Oxygen concentrators02
Two models: 5 LPM and 10 LPM (litres per minute).
Buying guide
Air is mostly nitrogen. When an ozone generator is fed with concentrated oxygen instead of air, the same electrical discharge produces a higher concentration of ozone, and the feed gas is drier and cleaner. That makes oxygen feed the usual choice for larger water and effluent treatment systems.
People sometimes search for an “ozone concentrator”. What they usually mean is an oxygen concentrator that feeds an ozone generator, which is what Oxy is.
Oxy draws in ambient air, filters it in three stages (primary, HEPA and bacterial filters) and concentrates the oxygen in it, delivering a continuous supply of high-purity oxygen. A microprocessor runs the system, an oil-free compressor keeps the gas clean, and a live oxygen analyser, pressure sensor and regulator monitor the output.
Oxy comes in two flows: 5 litres per minute and 10 litres per minute. The right one is the one that matches the oxygen requirement of your ozone generator, with a margin. We size the concentrator and the generator together, so they work as one system.
Questions
It supplies concentrated, dry oxygen to the ozone generator. Oxygen feed gives a higher ozone concentration than air feed.
Usually, yes. The term is often used for the oxygen concentrator that feeds an ozone generator. Ozone itself is made in the generator, from that oxygen.
It depends on how much oxygen your ozone generator needs. Tell us the generator model or your application and we will match the flow, 5 or 10 LPM.
Oxy has a live oxygen analyser, a pressure sensor and a regulator, under microprocessor control.
