Ozone generators01
The right series and size depend on what you are treating, how much of it, and how quickly. We size every system to the job, and can test your water or air first.

Buying guide
An ozone generator makes ozone (O₃) on site from the oxygen in air or from concentrated oxygen. Inside the generator, a high-voltage electrical discharge (often called corona discharge) splits oxygen molecules, and the free atoms join other oxygen molecules to form ozone.
Ozone is one of the strongest oxidisers used in water and air treatment. It destroys bacteria, viruses and fungi, breaks down the compounds behind colour, odour and off-tastes, and then falls back to oxygen. Because it is made where it is used, there is no chemical to buy, transport or store.
Feed gas matters. Air is about one-fifth oxygen, so an air-fed generator produces a lower ozone concentration than the same generator fed with concentrated oxygen. Larger and more demanding jobs are usually run on oxygen from an oxygen concentrator.
Either way, the feed gas has to be clean and dry, because moisture and oil reduce output and shorten electrode life. That is why most of our generators use oil-free compressors.
The C Series and S Series are compact units with once-a-year upkeep. The H Series, P Series and M Series add microprocessor control for steady output; the H and M Series use double-walled SS Duplex electrodes, and the P Series is protected against temperature and power variations. The Skid System brings generation and delivery together on one compact skid for industrial water treatment.
The right choice depends on what you are treating, how much of it, and how quickly. Compare models side by side on the compare page, or read how to choose an ozone generator.
Sizing starts from ozone demand: the flow or volume to treat, the contact time needed, and how much the water, air or effluent consumes. Two plants with the same flow can need very different systems.
We test first. Our laboratory runs tests on water, air and effluent, and we offer treatability studies, pilot trials and on-site testing before we design the system around the results.
A generator is one part of an ozone system. We supply and install the parts around it: venturi injectors, static mixers, diffusers, PTFE tubing, non-return valves and ozone destructors that turn leftover ozone back into oxygen before it is released.
After installation we service ozone generators and systems and provide after-sales support for their working life.
Questions
An electrical discharge inside the generator splits oxygen molecules. The free oxygen atoms bond with other oxygen molecules to make ozone (O₃), which is then carried to the water, air or surface being treated.
Not always. Smaller applications can run on dry, filtered air. Oxygen feed gives a higher ozone concentration, so larger or more demanding jobs are usually run on oxygen from a concentrator. We recommend the feed gas when we size the system.
It depends on your flow or volume, the contact time and how much ozone your water or air consumes. Tell us about your application and we will recommend a series, or test your water first.
